How Your Membership Works
After joining The Luxe Crown Club, you’ll receive your personal Elite Member Discount Code to use at checkout on every eligible order.
Each month, 7–10 days before the 1st, you’ll receive an email inviting you to select your complimentary products. You may also log in to The Luxe Crown Club at any time during the selection period to choose your monthly products.
Once your selections are complete, your complimentary products will be shipped on the 1st of the month.
Membership Terms
- Complimentary monthly products are shipped only to your primary address on file.
- Payment reminders will be sent on the 14th and 18th of each month.
- Membership payments must be received by the 22nd of the previous month to ensure shipment of your complimentary products on the 1st.
- If payment is not received by the 22nd, your membership will be cancelled.
- A $25 reinstatement fee will apply to reactivate a cancelled membership.
- Product availability may vary. If a selected item is unavailable, a comparable product of equal value may be substituted or you may be asked to make another selection.
